A1 National Van Hire
Absolute Scum!

Like everybody else on here I wish I had done my research before booking a van with these cowboy's. They delivered the van 2hrs early... No problem with that but they took an extra two days to collect the van after the hire had ceased. We phoned them to see when they would collect but got no defining answer so the van stayed on my drive for the two days. When they finally collected the van they promised us that our deposit would be returned within 48hrs... Two weeks later after numerous calls to a shocking, obnoxious little git still no deposit has been returned. We have since found out that they are charging VAT and they have NO Vat registration number as confirmed by HMRC who will be investigating this Scum company as we speak... Close them down!!!
