Hired a van from this bunch of cowboys via an internet booking. I was phoned by them cancelling the booking 12 hours before I was expecting the van to be delivered. They claimed they did not have a van available for me!!! It took 2 emails and 2 phone calls to eventually get the booking fee back from them 4 weeks later and I am still fighting for the £200 deposit that remains outstanding. Anyone thinking of hiring from this company take my advice and steer well clear!
