Oh where, oh where is my Card? Oh where, oh where could it be?

I was contacted by First Financial with an offer for a pre approved Visa or Mastercard with absolutely NO FEES ever, including Annual fees, card replacement fees, etc. Once I paid the processing/application fee of $219.95. Everything sounded professional, so I let them draft my checking account the hard-earned money (Every penny we had) and waited the 2 weeks it was supposed to take to get the card. They drafted my account on 10/24/01 and after a month, I called them to see what was going on and that I could really have used that money for Christmas shopping and Tim Anderson assured me that I would have the card by Christmas at the latest. I DON'T have it as of 1/15/02, and they won't answer the phone, either. If anyone knows how to get the money back, please contact me and let me know, because we could really use that money.
