Ripoff, bogus card offers

I received a phone call that i was pre-approved for a visa or mastercard and that with a one time deposit a card would be issued to me with a $2000 limit. What I didn't know:

1. I had to load money on to my own card. I have a bank that will allow me to have any amount of money I want in my account and gives me a visa logo on my debit card that i can use anywhere visa or master card are excepted.

2. After them withdrawing the money from my account I was supposed to receive this card 15-20 days later. What they meant to say was I would receive some stupid packet that I would have to accept their bogus offer of the visa I load money onto. Their were other actual credit card offers. It only cost you about $175 in fees. What a bunch of crap.

I called several times to see when my CARD would be here. I never got an answer.
I will also never have anything to do with any other business or corporationg that deals with these crooks. I want my money back, but most times I call I get a stupid answering machine or busy signal.
