Ripoff Unreliable, liars, False hope

This company is nothing but a bunch of liars. I will tell all to who listen for your own good do not ever use this company. They tell you one thing, promise you one rate, then change it without notifing you, until you get to closing it your rate is 2 pts higher then what they promise or sometimes I am sure more.

They charge points up front and if you complain, they take them off, making them look like they are doing you a favor, which they are not because they get 2 to 3 points in the back that most people do not know about. That's thousand of dollars (200 thousand loan gets them 4 thousand to 6 thousand) out of your pocket that they hide in cost.

Please to all do not use these people especially if buying a home. They never or very rarely close on time.
