Liars, scam, artists, ripoff, heartless SOB's

Refinanced our home-started process at the end of November-were told by oak st what they had us approved for-we needed a couple thousand out in cash to finish our upstairs bedrooms that was the whole reason for doing this-they came back with 2-3 thousand out-better rate-and paying off some debt. Took 300.00 out of our childrens x-mas money to pay for the appriasel which we were guaranteed the cash out before x-mas.

We were also told we didnt have to pay our december or january mortgage because we would be closing mid december. The loan kept getting delayed and everytime we called they told us we were closing when in turn they never got our loan approved.

We never ended up closing until january 26th-no one called to review our loan-the closer told us the broker credit was our cash out when it wasnt-so we got no cash out. The whole 2 months we were lied to-my mortgage company sent us a forclosure letter because of the 2 payments oak st was suppose to pay in the closing.

Our credit has now gone down and we refinanced for no reason what so ever!!! PLEASE dont do business with Oak St Mortgage!!!
