When I got the loan I was told it was a fixed rate, and payment would be 609.00, after paying several years my oldest daughter passed away, did get behind next thing I knew a layer had got it in Atlanta, Ga. The lady that I final did talk to said for me to western union four thousand and seven hundred dollars by 3 pm and that was the only way I could save my house, which I did and a month later was told by another worker, how much cash can you get today, I told her about 3 thousand and she said send it by western union and I will stop the forclosure, which I did and then got a few more thousand dollars bill that had the lawyer fees and closing cost. I am a widow that has children only to talk to so rude, had a smart mouth. I also received another letter stating my payments had raised to 1,335.25, how can pay this and interest rate jump to 10.99% I was forced to filed bankrupcy, so now, in one week they had filed forclosure and had it in the newspaper for sale. When the loan went through it took about two months, a man came to my house late at night for the closing, I should have known there was something wrong. Paid out around 9 thousand for six months and still no help.
