Ripoff: from a promised interest rate of 7% I was given a 9%. Closing costs went from $3,000 to $8,000

Ipoff: from a promissed interest rate of 7% I was given a 9%. The closing costs were going to be not more than $3,000 and the total turned out to be almost $8,000. My huband left my child and I and I got less for my condo equity, funds that were going to serve me to get back on my feet, for my child and myself. Now I am taking it back!

I found the way and am doing it! I have a great company who offered me to approach Ameriquest and purchase from them my mortgage for a discounted price. They are now in negotiations and the commitments have been already exchanged and signed. My next and following monthly payments will be almost $500.00 less. My suggestion is that you do the same and continue to report Ameriquest at the same time, so that they get what they deserve. With all I have read... We should all get together and get started a class action againts the company.

We should make them pay for what they have done to all of us.
