Harassment to myself and family, calling my daughter a liar when she answered the phone concerning my whereabouts, tried to get protected health info on myself which is a hippa violation

Ecare centers have been calling multiple times ranging from early mornings to late at night, they are harrassing me, my reference and my daughter. My daughter spoke with an associate named julian phone number 1-866-208-4851. He accused her of lying about my whereabouts, she did not know that i was home but outside in the back doing some light gardening. Thats slander. When i called him out him calling my daughter a liar, he stated then i was home, no i was outside she did not know and therefore not a liar. He was persistant and even more harrassing when i mentioned hippa and him wanting to obtain my personal medical issue and wanted to know other personal information about my household, my money, etc. He was very rude, even mean. I told him i would pay 417$ on august 3rd, its recorded. I have a loan out and i had all intention of paying, things happen and i was unable to pay it off. I explained over and over that i would be able to pay on august the 3rd, he again called me a liar and said no one would trust. So i stated very clearly for the recording that i will pay it back on august 3rd 2012. Phone calls do not stop and harrassment is increasing.
