Gc services rude phone calls many times a day

I work till 130 am and don't get to bed till 4 or 5 am. I get these calls at 9 am every morning telling me I owe this debt. I do owe the debt but can't pay it at this time for moeny hardship problems.

This guy Heimie tells me I ned to pay right now. I tell him I would make payments starting in september of 50$. He did not like what I said and hung up. The next morning, same call, same guy. I told him the same thing.

All this started in June. They then started calling at night talking with my kids. These people knew I worked nights but continue to call.

One day in july, I told the guy that person didn't live here no more and hung up. Some other guy calls, (James) cussing me out, calling me a liar, saying he was looking at my credit report and that I had a credit card of a 400$ limit that had not been used. I said prolly cuz I don't own such card. He called me a liar and a few other things. Of course I get pissed.

I was so mad, I gave the phone to my 18 yr old of whom yelled at him and told him to show respect. She then told this guy I had no card. I looked up on the enternet the number to this supposed card, called the people and they too said I had never been issued a card. The guy, James got irritated, hung up.

My duaghter called back and all he said was he wanted moeny. We didnt have any. She said we wouldn't be able to pay till after vacation in mid August. He said he would call back August 18th for further details. I get back from vacation August 16th and had like 4 or 5 calls on the answer machine from these idiots. Do they not understand, VACATION means NOT HERE?

They still continue to call me at least 3 times a day. I've changed my answer message saying, IF your a bill collecter then stop harrassing me cuz it's against the law. I have no money so leave me alone. They still leave a message.

I've recently been checking on line for info about them and found out they are a BAD DEBT COLLECTOR been sued or sumthin from many people for there poor and lawful tactics.

Just since the 18th I have received about 25 calls from these people. Thats 9 days of calls since they don't call on weekends.
