Rude, rude, rude! I saw Dixie Crafters Bathroom Fitters at a home show in Pigeon Forge, TN and was interested in the product. I contacted them to make an appointment to come to my home. I was informed (several times) that they would not come if my husband was not present. I explained that could not happen as we own a business open 6 days a week. The lady was very rude and really tried a hard sale on me over the phone.in the end, I refused to speak any longer with her but wanted everyone to know just how rude they are and that they are not interested in your needs, only if they can make a sale that day.
