Ripoff thieves they need to be STOPPED!

When my husband and I first encountered the rudeness of this company was when we fell behind in our payments of 15 days. I couldn't believe they were calling us and demanding payment or they were going to foreclose.

I gave the phone to my husband because I became to upset to even talk to this representive. He had tried to get a supervisor on the phone and were told "there is not any here". My husband had tried to explain to them he had just been laid off and we were waiting on an unemployment check to arrive and then we could send them a payment.

They had asked us if we could borrow the money or do something because they had to have the money that day. As the months went by and my husband having no luck in the employment department we are now running the 30 days late. We try our best to do what we can do and we get phone calls every day, sometimes twice a day at all hours.

The latest phone call that had worked me up was a few weeks ago when a very rude lady called at 8 A.M. We were just getting up with our 2 kids (2 and 4) and she demanded payment for 2 months that encluded a fee for someone checking out our house to see if "we abondoned our home". May I mind you we were 31 days late. I told her I would make one payment right then over the phone. She denied it. I was told "I can't accept that, all or nothing". I said to her I would mail it, she said "we will send it back to you if it is not for the full amount owed". At this point I was in tears. My husband ended up on the phone once again trying to get a supervisor and once again was told no.

We are very afraid of losing our home. We are doing what we can, and these people will not work with you. They talk down to you and act as if you are sitting on a pile of money and trying to get your house for free. I was shocked at how many other people are victims of this corporation and I agree they need to be STOPPED!!!
