I pay an extreme cost for medications for my dogs for Novartis products to keep my dogs allegy-free and healthy. Although they have wonderful products their necessity to get discounts by sending in forms each & every time I have to purchase them and sending me a new debit card EACH & EVERY TIME versus a reloadable card is a waste of money an increases the cost of medications. As for citibank prepaid visas - they are a nightmare to use. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't - they STINK... Even at my vet's office where I always redeeam them they don't always work even when I have activated them. Both companies STINK. Citibank - shame on you - i am looking for a new bank and you will not be it!!! Novatis - it is sickening to me that you take advantage of sick pet owners to charge so much and put them through so many hoops to keep them healthy at a reasonable cost. You should be reported to the humane society and maybe i will!!! Shoot... I just hit a sad face and "please improve" does not even measure the disatisfaction i have with citibank prepaid visa and novartis!
