Prepaid Visa cards often fail; dog medicine discount forms

I pay an extreme cost for medications for my dogs, for Novartis products that keep my dogs allergy-free and healthy. Although they have wonderful products, the requirement to send in forms for discounts every time I purchase them, and to be sent a new debit card every time instead of a reloadable card, is a waste of money and increases the cost of the medications.

As for Citibank prepaid Visas, they are a nightmare to use. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. They stink. Even at my vet's office, where I always redeem them, they don't always work, even when I have activated them. Both companies stink.

Citibank, shame on you. I am looking for a new bank and you will not be it! Novartis, it is sickening to me that you take advantage of sick pet owners, charging so much and putting them through so many hoops to keep their pets healthy at a reasonable cost. You should be reported to the humane society, and maybe I will do it!

Shoot... I just hit a sad face, and "please improve" does not even measure the dissatisfaction I have with Citibank prepaid Visa and Novartis!
