National Furniture Supply delivered a damaged bed. They tried to repair it and pass it off as a new bed. They got caught.
As a result, National offered two options, take the original (now second quality) bed at a substantial discount or take a full refund. We took the refund. That is, we requested the refund. Months later it is clear that National Furniture Supply is going to keep both the bed and the money.
