NO AUTHORIZATIONS FOR CA residence past 3pm pacific

Poor service

Colonial also sell policies in CA but their authorization department is only open until 5pm Eastern time. This leaves CA residence paying for their own repairs after 3pm pacific time. Then you have to submit a request for payment. They drag their feet, I've called Colonial and the contractor several times to get all the paperwork completed. I'm still due the $315 for the repair.

The purpose of a home warranty is that you won't have to dip into your pocket for repairs. Not with colonial!!! Get ready to pay for their policy and then pay for repairs too. And then wait for your money to arrive. And wait, and wait, and wait some more
