Wrong automatic payment info taken causing late payment and fees

I have had nothing but trouble with this bank since I started a loan with them. The over the phone tell taking the wrong automatic payment info down resulting in a late payment showing on my credit and costing me fees to my account. Can't wait to get rid of them!!!
