Late Fees Charged Despite Automatic Payments Set Up

I have had my accounts with Bank of America set up for Automatic payment of the amounts due for months. Today I was looking over the account statements and realized that they were charging me late fees on 2 of the accounts. Going back through the statements I realized that they have changed the due dates. I set up the automatic payment feature to make sure they were paid on time, and this is what I get.

I have tried to contact them but haven't heard anything back yet.
