My Card is useless thanks to VbV

I was forced to enroll in verified by visa with a walmart purchase, and have never been able to purchase anything with the card again through Walmart. Supposedly my account is locked and cannot purchase any birthday gifts or Christmas gifts for my kids. This supposed service that is supposed to help the customer has been a thorn in my side. And customer service has been of no help. I just tried to purchase Circus tickets through ticketmaster which was denied because of the crappy service of VbV, with TWO different cards. I wish I did not even have to use a visa debit card.
