Walmart Verified By Visa

I went to Walmart.com to order and tried to pay with my Visa card. It wanted my card Verified by Visa. I put in all the info and it said it didn't recognize my card. I tried several times until it blocked me out. It said to call my credit union's 800#, which I did and they couldn't help. I then called my local credit union and they couldn't help. They referred me to Visa.com. They referred me to Verified By Visa # and they couldn't help. I am stuck and can't place the Walmart order. Verified By Visa is HORRIBLE.
