My home and business burned in the "Texas Wildfires". PHH was totally un-sympathetic. When I asked for immediate help (as I was concerned with future mortgage payments in the interim of receiving the Insurance Funds) I was told to file for financially assitance. I was not explained that 1. This was going to hurt my credit. 2. That if I did not continue to pay by the third month the property would go into foreclosure. After finding this out I immediately paid and have paid every month for the past 7 months. So much for their so called "Help". They help themselves to your property! PHH has had my "Insurance check since February of this year. I have spoken to so many departments only to get continuous run around. Feels like chasing your own tail. You get no where with these people! Truly I can say they do not know what one department does or doesn't do. How can someone help with Loss Draft when they tell you straight up they do not know anything about what to do! Absurdity! I get a call from the President's Office like this is supposed to impress me. The only reason they called is because now I am talking to the Attorney General's Office here in Texas. She has only said what I have already been told! She was confused and I tried to explain but was cut short in the conversation. You see it really is about them and not us.

Anyway, I am now broke! They have my money! I cannot make mortgage payments! I have no food to eat! Applying for Food Stamps! I double dog dare them to try and forclose on me since they already have al the money needed to payoff the loan plus an extra $9500.00. Simple facts: because no one understood the proper procedure to handle my loss they were all too busy scratching their heads sending me to different departments that did the same! Incompetence Yes and then some.
