We got behind on our mortgage due to the fact my husband was on workmans comp. At the time we were only one month behind so we called emc to pay our mortgage and since the next payment was due in a couple of weeks they told us to pay both payments or they could not except either one.

It started out at an affordable payment. Then they added insurance which we being first time home owners agreed to then our payments went up again. But the last straw was when they increased it so much it was too much and we told emc that that was not reasonable.

To make a long story short we can not get insurance any where else because we have a forced insurance and we tried to work it out with EMC and they have refused any of our payments and now being threatened with foreclosure. The person we talked to was very rude and nasty.
