Synovus Bank (Owner) Beware of Purchase! Thanks for a glorius easte

Purchasing a Wal-mart refillable debit card places the funds entirely in Greendot's control (Owned by Synovus Bank). As I sit here waiting for my children to wake up to an empty refrigerator and no Easter Morning surprises, I look at the statement for my card, showing I have over $350 on a card I can't use because a refund has "Flagged" their security department and I have to prove the money really belongs to me. It isn't enough to be able to confirm every action on the account they see and to be able to TELL them as proof, I must FAX copies of the receipts for both the purchase AND the refund for them to unlocking my card.

After they receive the fax, they will have one of their invisible faces check line by line until they have decided to release it.
