I dont even have the energy to write a full review, after being on the phone with these idiots for 2 hours with a client. I am a tax preparer who previously referred greendot & wal mart moneycards to my clients to receive their tax refunds. Never again! They will never release your money after taking you through many loopholes over & over & now they are just high tech crooks. When they finally realize you are the actual person after you fax in your id & ssn card 20 times, (because they always claim its not clear enough), when you get on the phone with the verification dept. They will blatantly tell you the ssn & bd they ask for over the phone is wrong, oh you mean the same ssn & bd that's on my id & ssn card, oh & also the same ssn & bd ive been using for years to file my taxes, yeah right! This company is full of crap & they will be shut down soon. I have a prophecy-that greendot corporation will be ashes to ashes & dust to dust within the next 2 years. The word is getting out quick on these idiots & all the money theyve stolen from people will be given back in a class action lawsuit!
