Dishonest, threatening, abusive

I have had accounts with Bank Frist for several years now. Unfortunately I loss my job, and have been physically ill and disabled.

I called Bank First to make arrangements, or see what type of settlement I can make to resolve my account. I was yelled at, called names and they even threatened to debit the bank account they currently have on file. I explained to them that I am on a fixed income, prior to my disability my payments were never late. I spoke with "Jason" and his alleged supervisor "Steve White" and they were both obnoxious and rude. They threatened to turn me over to an attorney who is not even registered with the CA State Bar!

Please do not do business with them. I could not understand why they attacked me when I am calling to pay?
