Ripoff Cashnet stold my money

Cashnet withdrew $650 from my bank account without my permission. I had a loan from Cashnet for $350. Cashnet withdrew the interest for my loan from my bank account for two months. I then had problems with my checking account and it was closed. I opened a new account at a different bank. During this time I was trying to make arrangements with my creditors. When I deposited my paycheck on 11-30-06 I found Cashnet had made six electronic withdrawals from my new account with the total coming to $650. These withdrawals were not authorized.

I filed E forms with the bank on 11-30-06 and was told it would be 10 business days until they reached a decision. On 12-7-06, I was told I had to resubmit the form due to an error. The wait is now 10 business days from the 7th. Cashnet did not have a judgement against me. I do not understand how they can just take money and how the bank can allow this to happen.

I spoke with a Cashnet representative on 12-13-06. She was rude, obnoxious and smug. Her words to me were, "We got you, tough luck." This thing claimed she had worked for the company three years. She was a shrew.

Cashnet is using illegal and dishonest business practices. Something should be done to put them out of business.
