Removed money from bank account with out authorization

We have been long standing customers with this company. We have made our payments on time though a few have been late. When late payments were made we did contact them and make arrangements. The company then began to withdrawal moneys from our bank account without any authorization.

One of these instances caused our bank account to become over-drawn. They literally stole money from us and when confronted with this they were rude, argumentative, and eventually hung up on us.

If this is the type of business they are running I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. For anyone thinking of using the Evansville area RAC, I suggest you go to another rent to own place FIRST! They are a rude, dishonest, and verbally combative company.
