Stephan tymurik, bob ramsey excepted $3000 in payments n fees for mtg knowing they wouldnt approve me. Per there rules

Was given a pre aproval and than paid for appraisals and fees. Sent all documents to bank of america.including a gift of equity letter from father in law. Than after being advised to go 203 k loan route n 3 months of loss papers and docs and sending docs to wrong address etc. We were given settlement date of april 19th2. Than march 30th told we werent approved and we were out money oput out. 203 k specialist said sorry but i made mistake and we dont do 203 k loans relative to relative. But knew for 4 months. I believe they are performing bank fraud and unfair practices on young home buyers trying to get ahead. I want my money back. I hhave wife and 2 kids and $3000 is not a minor amount of money to me. Me were miss led by boa SO CALLED SPECIALIST. Ripoff
