Rude Unprofessional Office

This office is by far the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with in 25 years of business. There record keeping abilities are non-existent and their information is all out of date. I was approached about an old bill that was paid over 90 days ago. Having had all the receipts and information the office was clueless and was not really interested in handling the information instyead they hung up on me and told me to forward the information. The young "lady" (using the word looslely) was trained to work at a bad fast food restauarnt and deal with low lifes like herself, not answer a phone in a professinal office. I pity anyone who hasd to deal with this office. Beware!
