I had set up a servie appt for duct cleaning.
When I called to find out when the tech would arrive, I was told no one had been assigned to my job and that they assign techs when they are
finished with the previous job. I have never heard of a service company not scheduling the day. When I said I wanted to cancel, I was told
to call the local office. When I did, I was told the same lame story. I asked to the manager and the woman I was talking with said she was the manager. Then a man got on the phone and said he was the manager. I went through my questions with him and he proceeded to tell me that is the way they run their business. When I asked for the corporate office, he said he was the corportate office. I said you weren't that you were the local office. He then said they did not want to deal with me, to find someone else and to (Inappropriate Content Removed) off.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, rude, ignorant operation such as this one.

If you read the other complaints, of which there
are many, you will conclude that they are not a
reputable company and you should not use them.
