I have experienced the aggressive collection techniques of US bank personnel when I was only 5 days late on an account. I understand I WAS late. I'm sorry, I forgot to send a payment. Send me an email next time, instead, I get texts, phone calls every hour, and then yelled at by customer service staff and their supervisors.
