OK, to start, I just plain forgot to make a payment to a credit line. 5 days later they're blowing up my phone, sending text messages, etc. When I called after work to find out what in the world is going on, the customer service personnel started yelling at me! When I asked for a supervisor, they hung up. I called back, then the supervisor yelled at me too!

I am going to continue to post bad reviews until I can find a corporate number so I can have my turn to yell.

Personally, I don't think that such aggressive collection techniques should be used at 5 days late!? My branch manager is going to love hearing about this one. Hopefully they can help. But if there's any good banks out there, I'm looking to move my personal, business, mortgage and credit accounts.
