Ripoff Fake Credit Card Offers Liers

Business & Finance

I was called and offered a guaranteed UNSECURED credit card, with a credit limit of $500.00 that would help rebuild my credit.

No credit check rewuired to get the card, they only requested a valid bank account. A one time fee of $129.95 was taken out of my bank on 6/14/04 and I got a info package in the mail today 7/7/04 offering a stored value card.

No credit card, and alist of banks I had to call and apply for a credit card, an papers explaing what credit is.

This is a rip off can someone help. You can not get anyone to answer the phone, what do I do?
