Ripped off $299 for a credit card I never got

I was scamed out of $299 for a credit card I never recieved. I never even recieved the package that was to be mailed to my home.

I was called for the offer that would allow me a credit card through Bank of America with a $2500 limit. He had alot of my info already saying that I was referred through another company that I had completed an application for. I was also to get a trip for two with my choice of four destinations.

I signed up and the only correspondence I have ever gotten was the withdrawl of the "processing fee" from my account. The debit was traced by my bank to a bank in Florida who would not help.
