Ripoff, took $129.95 from my checking for credit card. No card. They don't answer phone internet NATIONWIDE

Phoenix Consumer Service called me on september 14th. They offered me a visa or master card with a $1300. Limit to rebuild my credit.

They deducted $129.95 from my checking account and said I would recieve my credit card in about 14 days. They gave me a phone number&1-866-799-2788. They also gave me a verification number and told me to call anytime I had any questions.

There is only a very bad recording on the other end of the line. They tell you to leave a message at the tone, then the line goes dead.

I have not heard from these people since they took my money and my efforts to contact them have been fruitless.
