PERFECT Scam Going On... Dont give them your phone # or you wont be able to get into their phone system consumer fraud ripoff

They promise an unsecured $2500 credit card for a one-time application fee of $296. I am not a fool and I DRILLED the girl who was pitching me and they PLAIN and SIMPLY lie to you. I was told the name of the bank issuing the credit card, I was told a credit limit, etc.

They took my $296... No credit card came... I called the 800 number my bank had given me for this co. When I called... The first thing they asked me for was my telephone #... Than First, Last name, and last 4 of my SS#. At this point I am now told that they are NOT a bank, that they are a Finanical Services company and I purchased a package of Banks who offer credit cards and the applications.

So basically... Once this package arrives... I need to fill them out and apply for a credit card like normal with ABSOLUTELY no guarantees or no credit limit of $2500... Etc. They completely lied. Not deceived... They lied. I am definately going to sue these SOB's. And to add insult to injury. On my first call back... When they asked me for my telephone #.. They enter it so it BLOCKS me from the system from this line. I called 20 times and it just rings and rings and rings... I switch phones... And I get through immediately.

They are obviously aware of what they are doing and I am going to bring them down. Anyone else got burned by this company and wants to get involved...
