Rip-off! Dishonest, fraudent billing! Ny

My newport news account was close because of bankrupcy which I was not told about. Until card processing center contact me and start harrassing me at least 3-4 a day about sending me bills that I did not recieve and adding late charges. I owed $53.00 on my account which I have paid, and was told to write the company to dispute the charges, but did not get a respond.

Now I am told that I owe them almost $400.00 in late charge. Which is crazy. Please give me advice on how to deal with this situation. And thank you for posting this on the internet so other person with this problem with this company Will see, that they are not the only one been rip off by this company. Help me please.
