Plain Commerce Visa ripoff this card is a riff off it has put me farther into debt

My husband and I both got a secured card from this place, thinking that we was going to rebuild our credit. This credit place has made our credit report worse. They charge of $500.00 and we cant even use the card to purchase anything. Were paying them money for nothing. This is a rip off and i will file a class action suit on this company.
