Plains Commerce Bank
Ripoff closed my account without refuding my balance of $250

I opened a plains commerce account 02/05 i have had no problems but until recently i have made my payments ontime with only onetime being late, they refused to dispute an unautherized charge made to my card i sent them the required information & they lied saying they never got it i recieved a response from them reguarding this they say this is a billing error but they are not allowed to dispute. Know, plains commerce bank has closed my account, saying this program is no longer offered i called they told me hey said it applies to everybody who has this card, why would they close it just like that i was in good standing kepted my balance below the credit limit, plains commerce bank has only credited $100 to my card from the $250 & still has $150 to give me know do i get this money if this account is closed they told me they refunded the $150 to my card but i cannot use it can anyone tell me what to do because this is freaken me out how do i get the rest of my money, they cannot just close your account without refuding your $250 & them accept you to pay them the rest of the money you owe them!
