Plains Commerce Bank, Visa Rip-Off

I sent in a payment of $500.00, to this credit card, by accident. I thought I was sending it to another pre-paid credit card I had. I was needing to rent an automobille at the time, was in a hurry, and needed to add money on my card to secure the rental. I have called and sent written correspondence to these people, regarding the mistake, but can get no response. The last statement I received, showed a new balance of $-464.10. The credit card had an expiration date of 05/08. I have received no further statements, and still can get no answers as to what happened to the $500.00
