Efund of overpayment

I'm so freakin' FURIOUS that I've nevertheless have not obtained the $1600 back from Pursuit from refi-e (the fees were compensated twice, by Pursuit and also the escrow company). I refi'd in November. I visited the duty office and was informed Chase's cost was delivered December 22nd. I submitted a 'work-order' in early Jan with Pursuit... They stated call-back in a couple of weeks, I called back and was informed 'check was shipped recently, you will have it in 7-10 days' (whereis their workplace? GUAM?) I called again a week ago, 'it had been shipped yesterday, you will have it in 7-10 days'... I SIMPLY named again, 'it had been shipped yesterday, wait 7-10 days'... Guy, i dropped it on her behalf.
