We purchased a brand new house in 7/09 that will be an FHA mortgage and Pursuit may be the owner.in November of this same year my spouse had his revenue cut by 40% and that I was unemployed. We approached Pursuit about our scenario plus they mentioned that there is nothing they might provide us since we've not experienced the mortgage for 12 weeks. Therefore, we chose to place our house available on the market and market it since we could not pay the $1300.00 funds. We remained in touch with Pursuit because they named US - 5 times per week to inform us that people were overdue using the cost...? Your house continues to be available today and we're dealing with a shortsale lawyer to obtain it offered and eliminate Pursuit! Chase decided to a shortsale although not to assist us having a cost change??? WTF! It creates no sense. Today we're no further residing in the home and also the home had a customer and 14 days prior to the home shut the pipes burst in your home. The customers ripped from the offer, Pursuit sent their house maintenance team (their insurance) plus they declined to repair the problems despite the fact that they're the main oneis covering it. The houses cost hasbeen decreased by $60,000 altogether because 11/09. We're looking to get Pursuit to let's maintain the house as well as for them to cover repairs such that it isn't ruined. Why lord...
