I'd a-4 year mortgage with Pursuit Auto-Finance for my Saturn. I settled the mortgage off 5 weeks early. Pursuit directed me a notice confirming the mortgage was compensated entirely but never delivered me my name. I called Pursuit and got various solutions every time i named. All-they might state was when my name was shipped in my experience... I told them that anything as essential like a name must have been delivered "signature needed". I've no evidence they delivered it. I named DMV who stated I really could obtain a alternative name for $25. I named Pursuit back and got a pleasant woman who stated she'll purchase an upgraded name for me personally from the end-of the month. The finish of the month arrived and that I obtained a notice declaring...

"We're not able to finish your request. Pursuit no further retains a pursuit within the above-referenced car."

Therefore ultimately I've to invest $25 & most of my trip to DMV to obtain a alternative name... Are u kidding me?
