I had been let go my work in after slipping 3 pmts short I named Pursuit to determine easily might include my late pmts towards the end-of my notice, today used again having a greater job. Chase stated no a most suitable choice was to change my mortgage, seemed excellent, wishing to change my mortgage under HAMP, We were informed by Geoff at chase lender to prevent producing any pmts till we're authorized for change. Simply to be authorized, create all my test pmts subsequently informed they never obtained our final contract signed. Definitely ridiculous!!! We informed them to deliver us the document when they dropped it an we'd decide it an fax it around but no they stated we've to reapply once more for change an Geoff was removed our situation bc he never held report of our calls, today we keep receiving refused over an once again bc of Number 1. Your final contract pursuit claims we opt-out of REST! Number 2. Your revenue did not change. An additional babble lies, we've been battling Pursuit for 2 decades. Plus while we believed we were in a change Pursuit had people in foreclosure! We've been offered documents, we've struggled sheriff's purchase times all during change

Jp Morgan's Pursuit device went us further into debt by extending the change procedure through "gross ineptitude, " incorporating costs to my mortgage currently in standard and beginning foreclosure while my change had been discussed.
