NCO Financial Systems
Inc. Fraudulent Money order cashing! Rip-off!

I have written a report against NCO-Financial Systems in that website just recently a couple of days ago. NCO did have cashed a Moneyorder, which was to be as a Full payment ("PAID IN FULL" was written on that Moneyorder).
NCO has accepted that Moneyorder, cashed it, but refuse to clear my credit file.

An Attorney, who I have contacted, told me, that this is Fraud, if they cash that moneyorder and don't remove that Item off my creditfile. They should return that moneyorder to me, if they not agree with that offer of Full=Payment, I have offered them. But... I have been provided with an address to file a complaint against NCO:

I just have filed a complaint with the "FTC" against "NCO-Financial Systems", and if more people would do the same, I'am very very sure, that we're all will accomplish a lot!

Think about that... If nobody fights crocked companies, nothing will change, and they're go on and on and on... Probably for ever, if nobody stops them.
