Online bill payments lost, return check fees and credit damage

I am a victim of the lost payment and they are saying that I am behind 60 days. I pay my bill online through my bank and every month I have a returned check fee of 3.77. I do not write a check to them. I send them at least 200 a month over my bill payment and I am still late. How is it that they are able to rip people off?

I received a letter stating I was overbilled by 1400.00 in charges that I should not have been billed. It was a part of the class action suit against Fairbanks Capital. Why can't they stop them from doing this to people? I have tried and tried to refinance but my credit is messed up due to Fairbanks error.

This all happened when they bought my loan from Equicredit and I have not caught up yet. It is still not straight and I am still struggling to catch up. Thanks for listening.
