Deceptive sales practices, malpractice merchant services

This company tricked me into signing a (non cancellable lease).
I was changing merchant service companies to save money, not take on another debt. When I called the company they said I could not talk to a supervisor, everybody was the same. They would not have the sales rep call me and he would not answer my calls or return them.
I choose not to do business with a company like this.
I returned their High $ machine to the address they gave me. I put a stop on my account. This worked for awhile. Then they changed the amount they were trying to take, and they got me for another $340.00. Which my bank would not reimburse. Altogether they have got me for about $400.00
I told 3 people that called me, that I would not be paying them any more money. If you are going to sue me get, started.
I received so many calls from different people in that outfit I can't tell exactly how many their were.
One of them called me 4 times within 10 minutes.
No reputable company works like this.
I am now waiting on a civil suit. They sent me a letter saying they were turning me in to the credit reporting agency and going to file a civil suit against me.
