A Warning to all the small business owners:

Lease Finance Group, LLC is a deceptive company. Their sale representatives cheated my dad to sign a 4-year non-cancellable lease for Credit Card Processing machine.

On May 27. Two sale representatives went into our restaurant in Georgia, one of them is Chinese who could speak fluent Chinese, the other guy looked like a mid-East male. Chinese one was translator for the mid-East like representatives.in the beginning, they promised a lot of advantages of switching Credit Card Processing machine to their company (Lease Finance Group, LLC), such as no charge on leasing the Credit Card machine and lower transaction fee.

Not even mention that lease is a non-cancellable 4 years lease. Before they came, my dad had been thinking of switching credit card machine for long time. They gave my dad a pure English agreement to sign without going through details of this lease. Plus, my dad doesn't read English and he couldn't understand anything on the lease, no even the "Non-Cancellable Lease" on the very beginning of the lease. They said they will bring new credit card processing machines in few days.

Later on, they came with the machine. At that time, my dad was on the phone with his friend and his friends told him this company had cheated many restaurants and he was cheated by them as well by signing a 4 year non-cancellable lease. Therefore my dad ask them to tear off the lease. They did it in front of us and took the machine away with them. We immediately changed our bank account information. We felt lucky we didn't get cheated. We called the company complaining about it. They wouldn't allow me to speak to their supervisor. They always said they would call me back, but never called back.

However, on Feb. 10 we received a Law suit paper from "Law Offices Of Ari R. Madoff, P. C" (201 West Lake St, Suite 227 Chicago, Illinois 60606, Tel: 312-379-9529). The amount they claim was $3243. This is crazy. I googled this company found that a lot of people got cheated by this company. There are a lot more victims than what we can imagine. A lot of victim are restaurant owner who are new immigrants and doesn't speak English. Even though they know they are cheated, they can do nothing to fight it back. I am here to seek help from public and hope some one can help me or victims can share their experience with us.
