Not honoring a warranty

I puchased a Blu-Ray participant on the fresh American Express Consideration through Costco. After about 9 to 10 weeks the ball player might have issues with the audio features. I approached Costco assistant assistance at about 12 weeksapproximately plus they stated that I'd need to undergo AMX for this issue. AMX provides an additional year onto the guarantee of products bought at Costco but, given that they had chose to stop my consideration before this issue was handled they'd not recognize the additional year guarantee though it was wel inside the two-year purchase time. Is there something I will do? I'd to pay for AMX for that participant. I recognize this might not be considered a big financial puchase nevertheless there's a of theory here. Not just must Costco have a greater take a look at who they're helping in relationships but AMX isn't a business that seemingly have much ethics.
