Netspend allowed an unauthorized transfer on my account to some random name not all associated with me!

Netspend allowed an unauthorized transfer on my account to some random name not all associated with me. They informed me that it would take 10 business to conduct their investigation and reverse the charges. It is an outrage that their security system is beyond inadequate. There is also no system in place after hours to report issues like this immediately and I had to wait until the morning to report this and by that time the person whole stole this money from my account had spend nearly all the money transferred. I want my money back now!!! I will never again use their services and I will tell all of my friends, family, and strangers never to do business with Netspend.
