Air Conditioner Bill Has Unexplained 16.34 Extra Charge

I purchased an air conditioner 90 days same as cash through a company called KCA Companies. They financed the purchase through Citifinancial Retail Services. When I got my bill, there was an unexplained charge of 16.34 more than the original charge. I have made three calls to Citifinancial to get it corrected. Nothing has been done. I am going to pay them only what I owe.
